Four Time Divisional Champion Mustangs!!!
For the past five years in a row our record has been 12 wins and 2 losses or better. We played in the city championships all five years. This year we went UNDEFEATED and finished the season with our forth Divisional Championship.
In the city tournament we lost in the semi-final round to the City champion Parker.
For the second year in a row we had an All District Team Player!

Serving and Returns
Every year we drill on serves and bumps. The two major factors in being successful at this level. We had two returning starters including a Captain from last year.
The new crop of student athletes in volleyball are going to provide us an opportunity to keep the winning tradition alive here at the home of the Mustangs. |
The Learning Curve
There is little substitute for actual match play experience. With our returning players we were ahead of the learning curve at the beginning of the season. We continued to develop to stay ahead of the competition and improve the level of our game.
This year we had both Varsity and Junior Varsity squads. We only got to play under one team slot. Junior Varsity assisted varsity in both practice and match play. The Junior Varsity from this year will provide us the leadership next year. |
