Track Comes Back
After more than a decade of being out of circulation the Mount Washington Track Team was charged up and ready for action. The inaugural team of the 2006 season went on a terror. The runners amassed a total of 28 medals with 15 being Gold, 3 being Silver and 10 Bronze. As a team we averaged third place in the meets and both the boys and girls teams were invited to participate in the City Championships. The City Championships are reserved for the Top Eight Teams in the City. |

2007
A new year and a new but more experienced team. The meets this year are more centralized than last year. A couple of venues are going through reconditioning of their facilities and are not having meets. We were invited to return to all meets when they resume for the 2008 season. We were the only team invited to a major league invitational that is not a FAVC team, we will return to that meet in 2008. |
