Healthy Snacks for Brain Power

Make sure you bring one healthy snack from the list!
We will have a snack time each morning in my class. Sixth graders are still growing and need healthy food to help them grow and learn. A morning snack will help us function better until our lunch at 1:00.

Please review the healthy snack list below and bring one snack to class.

  • Banana
  • Apple
  • Cheese and Crackers
  • Nutragrain Bar
  • Pretzels
  • Celery and Peanut Butter
  • Strawberries
  • Carrots
  • Fruit Cup
  • Peanuts or Cashews
  • Trail Mix (without candy)
  • Goldfish
  • Yogurt
  • Granola Bar
  • Bagel
