My name is Ms. Patrus and I love teaching second grade. This year is my 25th year of teaching and I choose to spend my days with seven and eight year olds. It is my job to help second graders be responsible, be respectful and be peaceful thinkers and problem solvers. I expect my students to follow the Schiel School rules which are to always do thier best, be safe and respect themselves and the property of others.
Please remember to sign the Homework/Communication Folders each night. Your child's behavior and work effort and completion is marked each day. Blues = excellent work, behavior and effort. Green = good. All systems go yet something missing and not excellent. Yellow = caution. Choices are being made that prevent work from being completed or your child is having a challenging time with the assigned work.
