Please download forms SCI, SCII, SCIII, and (if applicable) SCIV and the Emergency Medical Authorization Form and return them, correctly completed, along with any dues that are owed by December 1st.
If you have all, correctly completed, paperwork in by December 1st, then dues will be $55 for those who are signing up for the bus, and there will be no dues for those who are not signing up for the bus.
After December 1st, dues may increase to $70 for those who are signing up for the bus. At that time, those who are not signing up for the bus may be charged $15 for dues.
