Responsive Classroom
We use Responsive Classroom in our room. We have three basic rules in our classroom and building. They are to respect and take care of ourselves, respect and take care of others, and respect and take care of our environment. The children will be creating a list of classroom rules which will connect to those three overriding concepts. These items will be posted in our room and also sent home. I have included below the rules the children formed last year:
1. Treat others how you want to be treated.
2. Help out when others need you.
3. Pay attention.
4. Say nice things to one another.
5. Praise others' accomplishments.
6. Be nice to each other.
7. Always do your best.
8. Share your equipment and tools.
9. Be fair with one another.
10. Say yes to good things. |
