Math: Learn and practice your facts in addition, subtraction, and multiplication---no fingers!
Go to some of the math sites on this website. Do some problem solving.
Science: There are some science sites on this website. Some give recipes for experiments. Try some.
Read about science and scientists.
Keep a journal. Write about what you are doing this summer, or some of the experiments you are doing from the website, or write some stories to tell to friends when you get back to school
