Welcome to Schiel
My name is Myra Holpp and I will be your child's teacher this year. This is my twenty six year at teaching. I am a graduate of Ohio State University. I have a masters in literacy from University of Cincinnati.
I am looking forward to an exciting year working with your child.
Each child needs to come to school on time with a book bag. They are to go to free breakfast as soon as the arrive at school. If they pay for lunch they should do this in the morning as soon as they arrive.
I give homework out on Monday and it is due back on Friday. As the year goes along I ask you to do nightly reading of poems and stories in which you must sign. Please do not send homework in early.
