This year I am teaching Computer Literacy 9,10; Computer Skills 12, and am involved in the Apex Credit Recovery program.
The Computer Litearcy Classes, at present, are learning to program using the HyperStudio program. They are manipulating computer graphics, creating Hyperstudio documents with 1 or more pages. The pages are tied together by interactive buttons. Later this semester we will be be creating navigation buttons, buttons for playing sounds and animations.
The Computer Skills class has studied advanced word processing, completed a major spreadsheet project, a major database project, programmed with Powerpoint and searched information on the Internet, and finally, build Web pages in Dreamweaver. |
