Dear Parents and Guardians,
The time for the National Latin Examination payment due date is November 24th. The cost is $4.00. This cost covers the purchase and grading of the test as well as the certificates and medals won by students. All Latin students are being included in the testing this year. Please send the money in as soon as possible.
Doing homework nightly continues to be very important as is having a prepared and quiet place in which to work and study. Please encourage your student to designate such a place and monitor that he/she is working. Periodically check that his/her supplies have not run out.
Ask your student to see his/her planner and check the homework done with what has been assigned. Help your student practice/review his/her flash cards on a daily or weekly basis. Together we can make sure your student is on task and ready to learn.
