High School
I am proud to return to my alma mater as faculty. That's right, I too served my 6 years as a student at Walnut Hills High School. Luckily I couldn't find my oldest yearbook, so I've decided to share my senior photo rather than my effie photo.

College
I spent my freshman year of college at The Ohio State University, but when I learned more about the excellent co-op program offered by the University of Cincinnati, I transferred, and later graduated from UC with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. I then earned my alternative educator license in secondary mathematics with graduate coursework in the evenings at the University of Cincinnati, Teachers College, and in coordination with the National Science Foundation.

My husband and I were very good friends throughout high school though we didn't begin to date until after graduation. We were together all through college, and in August 2002 we got married! Our boy/girl twins were born in September 2005, and we couldn't be happier.
