Mentoring and Tutoring our Students to Success!

In an effort to provide additional support for students at Walnut Hills, I have created an after school tutoring and mentoring program.
"Ascendo" is a program that provides a study environment after school 4 days a week. Ascendo is the Latin term that means "rise up or ascendo." In this program academic support will be provided as well as strategies for achieving at high levels. Homework assistance, test-taking skills, essay writing, creating flash cards, and note-taking are some of the topics that will be addressed through weekly tutoring and monthly seminars.
The registration form and rules sheet are now available. Please click on the link in the Left Navigation Bar, fill the forms out and return them to the main office.
