8th grade honors science
& Introduction to Engineering

8th grade honors science is a hands-on, "let's see what we can prove" course designed to help students increase their higher level thinking skills in addition to preparing students for high school science classes.
Introduction to Enginnering is an Ohio State University course designed to help senior students understand what it is like to be an engineer. 1st quarter labs focus on bicycles; 2nd quarter on disposable cameras; 3rd & 4th quarters focus on the design & building of a roller coaster and electronics.
