This page is intended to help students enrolled in my LATIN classes keep up with current and upcoming events. It also contains some good links to Other Cool Classics Stuff on the Net, as well as my contact information.
HELP NIGHT has historically been BEFORE school beginning at 7 am, and during 4th bell lunch period,
Tuesday-Thursdays. If the need arises, separate days / times will be reserved for Latin I and Latin II students.
Parents, please email or call and confirm my availability before popping in as there are ALWAYS kids here. It is disruptive to the students to be asked to leave for a drop-in conference when they had planned a help session or other activity. Likewise it is not appropriate for your business to be audible to students! For this reason I will not return telephone calls while students are present- consider emailing as the primary mode of communication.
JUNIOR CLASSICAL LEAGUE MEETS ON MONDAYS twice monthly for Certamen (quiz) practice AND TUESDAYS weekly for regular, full-club meetings(disease and other bizarreness excepted!)
Sci-Figroup, formerly known as Harry Potter and now watching the "new" Doctor Who series, will meet here Thursday after school.
Irish Jamgroup do not eat scones -usually- but work on learning tunes on various instruments here after school on Fridays. Check out our session- you'll hear us all the way from the main hall!!
